How billing works

Same tuition every month
Your monthly charge is the same whether a month has 4 or 5 weekly sessions. You're paying to reserve your child's recurring weekly time slot — not a monthly session count. This is how consistent progress works.

Family-missed sessions
If you need to miss a session, give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll do our best to offer a same-month make-up when availability allows. Unused sessions don't roll over or receive refunds — because the tutor's time was reserved for your child.

If Camp Homework has to cancel
If we must cancel a session and can't reschedule within the same month, we'll issue a credit. We stand behind every session we're responsible for.

Cancel your membership anytime
Cancel before your next billing date and future charges stop immediately. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts. Any remaining sessions in your paid period are still yours to use.

Your membership reserves your child's recurring weekly tutoring time. Some months naturally have 4 meetings for that weekly slot and some have 5. Monthly tuition stays the same because it's based on the standing weekly schedule — not a monthly session count. This is how consistent progress works.

Yes. Plan changes are based on scheduling availability and usually take effect with the next billing cycle. Your Learning Coordinator can walk you through the options during your welcome call or at any time.

100% free. No credit card required until you decide to enroll. The welcome call, student onboarding assessment, and tutor matching process are all included before we ask for anything.

No problem. Our tutors cover all K-12 subjects and your Learning Coordinator will work with you to shift focus as your child's needs evolve. Just let us know.

Our pricing is already significantly below US private tutoring rates. We don't currently run promotional discounts — our goal is to keep the base price accessible for as many families as possible.

We'll work with you to find the right tutor match first — that's often the fix. If it's still not working, you can cancel before your next billing date with no penalty. We'd rather you leave satisfied than stay out of obligation.
