This is a short, conversational session — not a test. We use it to understand how your child learns and find the perfect tutor match. Both your child and a parent or guardian need to be present.

Both your child and a parent or guardian must be available for this appointment. The assessment involves your child directly — please don't schedule without checking their availability first.

We use your child's assessment results to hand-pick the right tutor — matching subject needs, learning style, and schedule. You'll know who they are before the first session, including their background and credentials.

Not at all. The assessment is a relaxed conversation — we're getting to know your child, not grading them. There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is to understand how they learn so we can make the best tutor match possible.

In the scheduler above, look for the time zone dropdown (usually near the top of the calendar view) and select your local zone before choosing a time slot. If you're unsure or the booking confirmation shows the wrong time, call us at (844) 818-1772 and we'll sort it out.

A device with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a reasonably quiet space for your child to focus. You'll receive the Google Meet link by email after booking — no app download required, it runs in any browser.

Yes — a parent or guardian should be present (or at least nearby and available) for the duration of the session. We may have a few questions for you at the start or end, and it helps your child feel more comfortable having you there.

No problem at all — just call us at (844) 818-1772 or reply to your confirmation email and we'll find another time. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.
